Report 3: Discipling another driver.

The Equipping Evangelists Training Network (EETN) is a fellowship of experienced equipping evangelists credentialed and contracted with The Cross Current to personally train another likeminded saint for conversational evangelism alongside any others the evangelist is already equipping.

Illustratively, the EETN is like a doctrine and practice driving school for conversational evangelism. Your trainee will walk with you in your own local mission field over a training term of 24 total field hours (or 3-6 months) through 3 consecutive sections:

Section 1: Starting gospel conversations. (4 field hours)
Section 2: Steering gospel conversations. (12 field hours)
Section 3: Discipling another driver. (8 field hours)

As an equipping evangelist with EETN, you will submit a separate report after the required hours of field training within each of these 3 sections so we can: a) track your trainees progress in both conversational evangelism and discipleship, and b) report the results to their church leadership.

Section 3: Discipling another driver.

Requirement: 8 field hours of training

Trainee

Discipling Another Driver.

Equipping Principles: Doctrinally, we disciple another driver to multiply gospel conversations in our culture. Practically, we equip more saints by example as seed sowers of the Lord’s harvest.

Trainee Goal: Confidently disciple another saint in prayer, starting gospel conversations through passing tracts, and steering gospel conversations toward Christ and the cross.

Prayer

Did the trainee personally participate (pray out loud) in prayer during your training times?
Did the trainee ever pray with anyone who was hearing the gospel?

Starting gospel conversations

Did the trainee confidently equip the saint he/she is discipling to start gospel conversations through passing gospel tracts?

Steering gospel conversations

Did the trainee confidently equip the saint he/she is discipling to engage in one-to-one gospel conversations, share Scripture, and preach sound doctrine?
Did you meet the minimum requirement of 8 field hours of training for this section?

Additional Reporting

Based on your experience, would you support this trainee being further coached by our ministry, and perhaps considered for a church leadership role of an equipping evangelist who would disciple their own saints for gospel conversations?
